G	Gianluca Vero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo la recensione non è sul cibo che non abbiamo mangiato e che sicuramente è buono visto le tante recensioni positive ma sull’accoglienza ricevuta. Appena arrivati a Colonnella abbiamo telefonato per prenotare ma il telefono era irraggiungibile quindi ci siamo recati di persona in questo locale. Il cameriere con tono da rimprovero ci ha detto che senza prenotazione non potevamo mangiare li perché in tempo di covid la prenotazione è obbligatoria e preparano il cibo solo in base al numero dei prenotati. Non voglio screditare il locale ma avvertire che bisogna assolutamente prenotare anche se, come nel nostro caso, eravamo solo in due con il green pass e il locale era praticamente vuoto quando siamo entrati e avremmo tranquillamente mangiato quello che gli altri non avrebbero preso. I do not want to discredit the place but to warn that it is absolutely necessary to book even if, as in our case, we were only two with the green pass and the place was practically empty when we entered and we would have quietly eaten what the others would not have taken.

Non è un locale per gente di massa quindi lo sconsiglio vivamente a chi cerca cibi routinari o proposte commerciali. Non condivido le critiche alla personalità del titolare che ho letto tra le recensioni. Trovo piuttosto che sia una persona molto seria e professionale, scrupoloso in tutto il suo agire e molto attento alle esigenze della clientela. Dopo aver instaurato un minimo di rapporto con lui si scoprirà che è anche una persona di spirito. Locale semplice, accoglienza gentile, ogni piatto spiegato e motivato, come l'attesa per la pasta, indicata prima di ordinare, perché la pasta fresca viene stesa e tagliata al momento, cena gustosa. Abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo antipasto di salumi e formaggi, accompagnato da funghi sott'olio, zuppetta di legumi e fegatini di agnello, frittelle di pane e formaggio fritto. 2 primi (strozzapreti al pesto all'abbruzzese e sagne ceci e pancetta croccante), un secondo spezzatino con patate e un dolce, meraviglioso, cheesecake con marmellata di fichi fatta in casa. Meticoloso rispetto delle regole anti covid. In 4, 67 euro. Consigliatissimo per chi si trovi in zona. ? New generation tavern.
