★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punto vendita molto carino ed accogliente, ottimi prodotti, da dieci anni abbiamo una seconda casa a Diano Castello e ci serviamo da loro direttamente in loco/con ordini online causa pandemia...unica pecca la mancanza talvolta di affabilità e cortesia...al mio suggerimento di valutare la produzione di un olio al basilico (date le ottime materie prime) e la presenza già in negozio di oli al peperoncino e al limone da me assaggiati, la figlia della proprietaria si è dimostrata molto ben disposta a valutare l'idea, suggerendo l'utilità di un riscontro tra le idee propositive della clientela al fine di migliorare ancora di più i servizi al pubblico ...molto meno disponibile il resto della famiglia, risultata quasi "scocciata" e banalizzando il mio suggerimento...complimenti di nuovo invece alla figlia presente in negozio al pomeriggio...ci sa proprio fare con la clientela...
Very nice and welcoming point of sale, excellent products, for ten years we have a second home in Diano Castello and we serve from them directly on site / with online orders due to pandemic ... the only flaw is the lack of affability and courtesy ... my suggestion to evaluate the production of a basil oil (given the excellent raw materials) and the presence already in the shop of chilli and lemon oils I tasted, the daughter of the owner proved very willing to evaluate the idea , suggesting the usefulness of a feedback between the propositive ideas of the customers in order to improve the services to the public even more ... much less available the rest of the family, almost "annoyed" and trivializing my suggestion ... congratulations instead again to the daughter present in the shop in the afternoon ... she really knows how to deal with customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualità dei prodotti è buona ma il posto merita 1 stella perché non è possibile al giorno d'oggi non avere il pos. Se vado li e compro 10 litri di olio devo avere la possibilità di pagare col bancomat o carta di credito. Senza pos ti meriti una stella al massimo.
The quality of the products is good but the place deserves 1 star because it is not possible nowadays not to have the pos. If I go there and buy 10 liters of oil I must have the option to pay by debit or credit card. Without pos you deserve a star at the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pomodori esposti fuori dal negozio, senza cartelli di sorta: "muoviamo" i vari sacchetti per scegliere i meno maturi (facendo attenzione a non schiacciare i pomodori), esce la commessa che in maniera aggressiva ci ammonisce di non toccare i pomodori, chiedendoci sarcasticamente se non abbiamo visto il cartello con il divieto di toccare i prodotti (che tuttavia non era assolutamente esposto). Signori, ecco come scacciare i turisti! (avremmo sicuramente acquistato anche qualche confezione di olio extravergine).
Per evitare equivoci sto parlando della commessa presente nel pomeriggio dell'11/07/2019.
La critica è all'accoglienza al cliente e non ai prodotti, che sappiamo essere ottimi.
Tomatoes displayed outside the shop, with no signs: "we move" the various bags to choose the less mature ones (being careful not to crush the tomatoes), the order comes out that aggressively warns us not to touch the tomatoes, asking ourselves sarcastically if we ask we did not see the sign with the prohibition of touching the products (which however was absolutely not exposed). Gentlemen, here's how to chase away tourists! (we would certainly have bought some extra virgin olive oil packs).
To avoid misunderstandings I am talking about the order present on the afternoon of 11/07/1999.
The criticism is about welcoming the customer and not about the products, which we know to be excellent.

Vende prodotti tipici liguri (olio extravergine, pesto, olive taggiasche,....) che produce. La filosofia è: dal produttore al consumatore.
Si trovano anche limoni, pomodori, carciofi,... a seconda della disponibilità del momento.
Il personale è gentile e sempre sorridente.
What a fantastic shop! Beautiful rustic furnishings. Clean and tidy place.
It sells typical Ligurian products (extra virgin olive oil, pesto, Taggiasca olives, ....) that it produces. The philosophy is: from producer to consumer.
There are also lemons, tomatoes, artichokes, ... depending on the availability of the moment.
The staff is kind and always smiling.
