Vista la poca sapidità dell'impasto consiglio pinse con poche cose crude (rucola, pomodori etc) per non renderla troppo insipida...ma è un gusto personale in quando preferisco una maggiore sapidità . Si consiglia la prenotazione per non attendere troppo. Meritatissime 5 stelle. Servizio cortese e disponibile! Torneremo. Comunque un prodotto ben lavorato ben cotto e ben farcito. 2 stelle x l'impasto non originale... 4 stelle x tutto il resto.
