★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è la media tra la location che merita davvero un buon 4 stelle e la scortesia della titolare che merita un sottozero.
Tanto verde, non molto curato e scomodo se si va lì con i tacchi alti. Ci sono scale e discese, ma un bel prato dove i bimbi possono giocare. C'è anche uno spazio per scivoli altalene.... Tutto molto bello davvero.
Purtroppo però la titolare non è all'altezza di reggere un po' di stress. Invitati per un buffet non servito ai tavoli, con tante persone che si accalcavano al banchetto, molte persone so sono lamentate perché, pur facendo la fila, non riuscivano a trovare nulla perché qualcuno prima di loro prendeva più di quanto doveva.... Queste cose si sanno, ai buffet succede questo! E allora la proprietaria decide di mettessi dietro al banchetto con i camerieri e in maniera molto scortese richiama gli inviati che chiedono un piatto in più per la persona anziana seduta al tavolo. Col suo dire : questa è casa mia! Davanti a tutti, con tono acido e davanti a tutti. Non manca pure di rimproverare un bambino, che come tanti, prendeva i fiori da un cespuglio. Sgridandolo davanti a tutti e dicendogli che a casa sua non doveva permettersi di farlo. Ci sono modi e modi per affrontare lo stress, ma sicuramente questo non è stata la maniera giusta! Bastava comunicare meglio con i camerieri per gestire l'orda affamata degli inviati e comunicare agli animatori di tenere a bada i piccoli distruttori di cespugli! Davvero una pessima gestione!

Lots of greenery, not very neat and uncomfortable if you go there in high heels. There are stairs and slopes, but a nice lawn where the children can play. There is also a space for swings slides .... All very nice indeed.
Unfortunately, however, the owner is not up to withstanding a bit of stress. Invited for a buffet not served at the tables, with many people flocking to the banquet, many people I know complained because, despite queuing up, they could not find anything because someone before them took more than they should .... These things are known, this happens at buffets! And then the owner decides to put me behind the banquet with the waiters and in a very rude way calls the envoys who ask for an extra dish for the elderly person sitting at the table. With his saying: this is my home! In front of everyone, with an acid tone and in front of everyone. He does not fail to reproach a child who, like many others, took flowers from a bush. Scolding him in front of everyone and telling him that in his house he shouldn't afford to do that. There are ways and ways to deal with stress, but this definitely wasn't the right way! It was enough to communicate better with the waiters to manage the hungry horde of envoys and to tell the animators to keep the little bushes destroyers at bay! Really bad management!
