★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was offhand and food was quite ordinary. Had the grilled swordfish but the vegetable accompaniment was barely warm - they must have plated up on a cold plate while waiting for the fish to cook. House dessert of Crema Catalana was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was in Sarnico for a walk and decided to stop at "il Chiostro" for dinner.
the place is right in the center and the food was good, we had two pizzas, one gluten free capricciosa and one marinara with a normal dough.. the price was right for what we had. Next time i'll try the food from the kitchen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favourite lunch restaurant in Sarnico. Full set lunch for €14 includes two dishes, water, wine and espresso. Smaller lunch options and pizza option is also available. No coperto at lunchtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hadn't booked so ate inside, the restaurant was nearly full but the service was good. We had meats and cheeses to start then fresh fish. We asked for time between courses and this was given. Great food good service and good prices we will go again. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location by the lake, with seating both indoors and outdoors (only during nice weather around May-September). Dishes are delicious, cooked with traditional and fresh ingredients. Especially try pizza cooked in Napoletan way, which is because the owners are from Naples originally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered grilled salmon, the dish itself and salmon was quite small, prices were significantly higher compared with what you get for it. The stuff could be better. Even though I rated as OK, overall I am not happy with service and food. Will surely avoid this place next time.
