Di sicuro verrò qui durante ogni mia permanenza in Versilia, perché con David e gli altri insegnanti ho trovato tanta professionalità e simpatia. Mi sono sentita subito a mio agio e lo consiglio davvero a tutti. Grazie! I was here only a month during the holidays to not interrupt my vinyasa yoga practice, but there is no doubt that this would be my yoga school if I lived in Viareggio. For sure I will come here during my every stay in Versilia, because with David and the other teachers I have found so much professionalism and sympathy. I immediately felt at ease and I really recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Ottimi i corsi che propongono, da quando li frequento (corso yoga) il mal di schiena è praticamente sparito. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, ti accolgono con calore. Struttura super pulita. A Center (not a gym) where you can recharge your body and soul. The courses they offer are excellent, since I attended them (yoga course) the back pain has practically disappeared. Staff always kind and helpful, they welcome you warmly. Super clean facility.

È diventato uno dei “miei posti” perché qua trovi persone fantastiche e attività per tutti i gusti: puoi passare da un corso di yoga ad un corso di scultura, se cerchi l’aiuto di uno psicologo o addirittura di una fisioterapista questo è il luogo giusto, vuoi trovare amici? Vuoi fare un percorso di crescita e magari diventare insegnante di yoga?.....insomma, una volta che entri qua dentro non ne esci più, rapito da una marea di attività svolte con enorme consapevolezza! Consigliatissimo! I found this center a few years ago, looking for a yoga course, I found what I was looking for ... and more! It has become one of "my places" because here you will find fantastic people and activities for all tastes: you can go from a yoga class to a sculpture course, if you are looking for the help of a psychologist or even a physiotherapist this is the place right, do you want to find friends?
