Ho acquistato dei piatti in questo negozio lo scorso anno. Sfortunatamente uno dei piatti doveva avere un micro-foro che lo rendeva inutilizzabile per zuppe e brodi.
Sono capitata nuovamente a Siena quest’anno e raccontato dell’accaduto a Michela: presi i contatti, ha organizzato con rapidità la riparazione presso il falegname e spedito il piatto da Milano.
Tutto risolto, tornerò senz’altro!

I bought some dishes in this shop last year. Unfortunately one of the dishes had to have a micro-hole which made it unusable for soups and broths.
I came to Siena again this year and told Michela about what had happened: I made the contacts, quickly organized the repair at the carpenter and sent the plate from Milan.
All solved, I'll definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little shop. We bought great linen table cloths with matching napkins, bath towels, a beautiful olive wood cheese knife and a modal scarf. All of it was amazing quality and much less than expected or what it would have coat at home in Canada. Definitely worth finding your way to this shop. Tell her Anne Marie From Toronto sent you!
