β β β β β Pagato prezzo errato rispetto al sito invece di scusarsi e chiamare per fare rettificare il prezzo in terminale la cassiera ha detto che va pagato ciΓ² che dice il terminale( Infastidita e con modi poco cortesi) come se la colpa fosse nostra e non di chi ha inserito il codice in maniera errata , quindi attenzione quando acquistate controllate prima di pagare
 Paid wrong price with respect to the site instead of apologizing and calling to have the price rectified in the terminal, the cashier said that what the terminal says must be paid (Annoyed and with unkind ways) as if it were our fault and not of whoever entered the code incorrectly, so be careful when buying, check before paying

β β β β β Amazing selection of toys but staff were basically security guards. I appreciate that theft is obviously an issue but donβt treat everyone like a thief! We spent well over 100 euros in there and it felt like just wanted us out! You also need to change your Sunday trading hours to βclosedβ and include any closures during the day. It makes it very difficult for non-Naples based people to visit. Ultimately kids will love this place. Just sort your customer service out.
