Non rispetta MAI i tempi di consegna (trova sempre una scusa diversa) prende i soldi ed esegue i lavori a metà e pure fatti male!! MAI PIÙ!! Persona non seria e pure maleducata!! Non andateci mi raccomando!!
Totally unreliable shoemaker !!! I do not recommend anyone to go there, there are many better ones in the area! He NEVER respects delivery times (he always finds a different excuse) takes the money and carries out the work in half and even badly !! NEVER AGAIN!! Not serious person and also rude !! Don't go there I recommend !!

Che dire un lavoro davvero impeccabile! Il signor Nazzario oltre che gentile e disponibile si è mostrato un vero maestro della pelletteria. Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi come me, cerca sempre il meglio per le proprie scarpe. Affidatevi ai veri artigiani nostrani! Lasciate perdere le cinesate che ci sono in giro.
I was in Ancona and not knowing who to turn to for an urgent job on my beloved heels, on the advice of a friend I turned to "The shoemaker since 1982". What about a truly flawless job! Mr. Nazzario, besides being kind and helpful, has shown himself to be a true master of leather goods. I highly recommend it, for those like me who are always looking for the best for their shoes. Trust the real local artisans! Forget the cinesate that are around.
