★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pane non e' male ,biscotti vari nulla di eccezionale e soprattutto cari. Secondo me rapporto qualita' 6- soprattutto per il pane.Il resto insufficente.
The bread is not bad, various biscuits nothing exceptional and above all expensive. In my opinion quality ratio 6 - especially for the bread. The rest is insufficient.

Bread with type 1 flour, fabulous. Sandwiches, schiacciata, cold cuts, desserts, bread with raisins, in short, a little paradise with Tuscan flavors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pane, focaccia e biscotti al top. Dopo una vita sono ripassato dal valico e non ho potuto fare a meno di fermarmi. Per me uno degli ultimi panifici dove il pane è fatto come una volta.
Bread, focaccia and biscuits to the top. After a lifetime I passed the pass again and I couldn't help but stop. For me one of the last bakeries where bread is made as it once was.
