Personale gentile ed allegro, buona scelta di bibite e birre artigianali anche già fresche in frigo. Excellent pizza, fantastic cecina, fabulous Pisan pizza, all made in trays. Friendly and cheerful staff, good choice of soft drinks and craft beers, even when they are already fresh in the fridge.

Sia lo schiacciatino che la pizza al tegamino che la cecina davvero ottime. Sono contento di averli scoperti e sicuro ci ritornerò. Per fortuna abito distante, altrimenti ci passerei tutte le sere, per assaggiare sempre qualcosa di diverso, e una volta finito il menù ricominciare da capo, perché comunque nel frattempo ti dimentichi. Oltre alla bravura e alla simpatia dei pizzaioli bisogna comunque dire che scelgono ingredienti di qualità, e la cosa si riflette sul loro lavoro. Bravi e grazie What a find .. I have been coming to Perignano about once a month, for several years, and I have never tasted such a good pizza. Both the schiacciatino, the pan-fried pizza and the cecina are really excellent. I'm glad I discovered them and I'm sure I'll be back. Luckily I live far away, otherwise I would spend there every evening, to always try something different, and once the menu is finished, start all over again, because in the meantime you forget. In addition to the skill and friendliness of the pizza chefs, it must however be said that they choose quality ingredients, and this is reflected in their work. Well done and thanks

Pizza, cecina e schiacciatini veramente buoni e con ingredienti di qualità, e proprietari bravi e simpatici, cosa volete di più? ? Ambiente semplice e ben curato con cortesia e simpatia da parte dei proprietari. Really good pizza cooked in the pan .... a blast from the past that reminds me of the flavors of the past. La pasta poi è una vera chicca, cotta in teglia, croccante, fragrante e dal sapore davvero unico, mai provata una pizza così buona realizzata con questa tecnica! L'ambiente è estremamente pulito e sfruttato al meglio, se trovate pieno ci sono anche dei comodissimi sgabelli alti e un tavolino al muro in cui potete mangiare in comodità. Loris e Luca vendono anche prodotti tipici della tradizione toscana (e non) che impacchettano personalmente con fantasia e creatività, nel caso vogliate fare un regalo particolare e sorprendere i vostri amici! A delight for the palate, I chose the Gustosa pizza! The gorgonzola is delicious but above all the tomato used for the sauce was special ... The pasta is a real treat, cooked in a pan, crunchy, fragrant and with a truly unique flavor, never tried such a good pizza made with this technique! The environment is extremely clean and exploited to the fullest, if you find it full there are also very comfortable high stools and a small table on the wall where you can eat in comfort. Loris and Luca also sell typical products of the Tuscan tradition (and not) that they personally package with imagination and creativity, in case you want to make a special gift and surprise your friends!
