★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto un preventivo per riparare una vecchissima bici, mi hanno contattato telefonicamente dopo 6 giorni. Ho accettato il preventivo e tempi di esecuzione che però non garantivano. Come alternativa hanno detto "vabbeh allora l'arrangio". Ho suggerito di ridurre per il momento le cose da fare.... e hanno buttato giù il telefono. Mi hanno insegnato che buttare giù è di massima maleducazione e che commercialmente è penalizzante. Sconsiglio vivamente "il biciclettaio"
I asked for a quote to repair a very old bike, they contacted me by phone after 6 days. I accepted the estimate and execution times which, however, did not guarantee. As an alternative they said "okay then the arrangio". I suggested we cut down on the to-dos for now ... and they threw down the phone. They taught me that throwing down is the utmost rudeness and that it is commercially penalizing. I strongly advise against "the bicycle maker"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci vorrebbero almeno 2 Roberto e 2 Gianluca per poter lavorare correttamente, ossia effettuare riparazioni e vendite. Talvolta quando si attende il proprio turno capita di ascoltare richieste impossibili o davvero strane, il che rende l'attesa anche divertente.
It would take at least 2 Roberto and 2 Gianluca to be able to work properly, that is to make repairs and sales. Sometimes when you wait your turn you happen to hear impossible or really weird requests, which makes waiting fun too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale socievole e molto disponibile. Biciclette in perfetto stato e con prezzi molto convenienti . Nessun problema per la restituzione delle bici anche prima del giorno stabilito. Consiglio per turisti che desiderano visitare la città su una comoda bici!!
Friendly and very helpful staff. Bicycles in perfect condition and with very affordable prices. No problem for returning the bikes even before the established day. I recommend for tourists who want to visit the city on a comfortable bike !!
