Dopo aver richiesto una spuntatina di un paio di centimetri mi è stato fatto un taglio decisamente non desiderato accompagnato da una sfoltitura non richiesta, e poiché di norma porto i capelli ricci e corti sulle spalle questo ha rappresentato un grosso problema, al punto tale da trovarmi costretta a rivolgermi a dei professionisti fuori regione. Oltretutto ho notato la totale incapacità nel trattare i capelli ricci, che una volta terminato il tutto risultavano informi, con dei vuoti e pieni di lacca, a mio parere inutile dal momento che non era stata fatta alcuna piega ma solo una semplice asciugatura (fatta anche male). Ritengo che ci siano una scarsa considerazione e poco ascolto nei confronti delle richieste del cliente. Bad experience. After requesting a trim of a couple of centimeters I was given a decidedly unwanted cut accompanied by an unsolicited thinning, and since I usually wear curly and short hair over my shoulders this was a big problem, to the point of finding myself forced to turn to professionals outside the region. Moreover, I noticed the total inability to treat curly hair, which once finished everything were shapeless, with empty and full of lacquer, in my opinion useless since no fold was done but only a simple drying (also done bad). I believe that there is little consideration and little listening to customer requests.
