★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebenswerter Service, umfangreiches Frühstück, tolles Apartment, sehr nette Nachbarn, toller Ort mit guten Restaurants, viele unterschiedliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten - für uns stets ein rundum gelungener Urlaub! Und wir waren jetzt das zwölfte Mal dort?
 Lovable service, extensive breakfast, great apartment, very nice neighbors, great place with good restaurants, many different excursions - for us always a great vacation! And we were there for the twelfth time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima location! Vista incantevole sulle colline circostanti, ampio parcheggio e ottima pulizia degli ambienti della casa.
Il nostro appartamento era a piano terra, molto grande e con locali ampi, letti comodi, bagno con tutte le comodità tra cui lavatrice e vasca idromassaggio.
Cucina spaziosa e già attrezzata con tutto il necessario anche la lavastoviglie.
Avevamo anche il camino e legna a disposizione.
Beautiful location! Lovely view of the surrounding hills, ample parking and excellent cleaning of the rooms of the house.
Our apartment was on the ground floor, very large and with large rooms, comfortable beds, a bathroom with all the amenities including a washing machine and a Jacuzzi.
The kitchen is spacious and already equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.
We also had the fireplace and wood available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns in die Wohnung von Herrn Hartmann eingemietet. Schöne kleine Wohnung im 1.OG eines kleinen toskanischen Landhauses.
Der Innenhof lädt zum gemütlichen morgendlichen ersten Kaffee ein. Nach dem Frühstück sind wir chillig in den Tag gestartet, da kam uns der Pool hinterm Haus schon sehr gelegen. Groß genug um seine Bahnen zu ziehen, ca. 15m, bot er eine herrliche Abkühlung zur toskanischen Sonne.
Wer das einheimische Leben mit wenigen bis keinen Touristen mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
In der Wohnung findet man eine funktionsfähige Waschmaschine, die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, mit dem was man so braucht, Ofen, Gasherd, Espressomaschine, Toaster.
Herr Hartmann ist ein freundlicher, sehr entspannter Zeitgenosse, der einem mit gutem Rat bei Ausflügen oder Festen in der Umgebung zur Seite steht.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub. Als einziges Manko gibt es nur zu erwähnen, dass die größeren Orte recht weit entfernt sind.
We rented Mr. Hartmann's apartment. Nice little apartment on the 1st floor of a small Tuscan country house.
The inner courtyard invites you to enjoy your first coffee in the morning. After breakfast, we started the day chilled, when the pool behind the house came in very handy. Big enough to do its laps, about 15m, it offered a wonderful cooling off to the Tuscan sun.
Those who like the local life with few or no tourists are in good hands here.
In the apartment you will find a working washing machine, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, oven, gas stove, espresso machine, toaster.
Mr. Hartmann is a friendly, very relaxed person who is at your side with good advice on excursions or celebrations in the area.
All in all it was a very nice, relaxed vacation. The only drawback to be mentioned is that the larger towns are quite far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only stayed for one quick night for a wedding up the road but I wish we could have stayed longer. Overall it was beautiful and exactly what we needed. My only issue is when we arrived we didn’t really know what to do. We wandered around until we found the host. After we left for the wedding and locked our door, the host went into our locked room and took the WiFi that she had given us earlier. I did not like that she did that. Other than that is was a good quick stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful accommodation! Plenty of space, nice mix of classic and modern furnature and a great view over the hills! The town Radicondoli offers amazing architecture and represents a nice example of Tuscany cities. Shopping is a bit restricted at a small coop but sufficient (40min to the next bigger supermarket) but there are 3 nice restaurants I can recommend (one offers one of the best pizzas in Italy). Alessandra was really nice and flexible. We would love to come again! Thank you!
