Avete presente i film di Verdone degli anni '80 in cui si vedono quelle trattorie di una volta e quei bar di quartiere frequentati da gente verace e autentica? Avete presente che il vostro migliore amico della borgata vi invita a pranzo e ce stanno sua nonna e sua madre che te cucinano la trippa più bona e spaziale che tu abbia mai potuto mangiare in vita tua? E magari manco te piace la trippa!!! Ecco Il Baretto è tutto questo, gentilezza, cortesia, vecchie maniere e abitudini, piatti super abbondanti, conto ristretto come nemmeno alla mensa della fabbrica, gusti e sapori romani di una volta. Cucina romana D.O.C!!! Un consiglio spassionato: se siete il tipo di persona che quando si siede a tavola al ristorante guarda se i bicchieri sono leggermente opachi, lasciate stare, non è il posto giusto per voi.
