★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place as always apart from ordering on Express delivery service which was supposed to be available a week after ordering but 4 days after supposed delivery when I eventually got to speak to someone was told that it can take up to 30 days.WHAT A JOKE. Why offer and promise something that is not remotely possible. I love IKEA and its products but this has severely pushed me too the limits. So having bought 3 sofas I have 1 I cannot use let alone assemble because I have no covers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IKEA Italy is just a little bit more expensive than IKEA in the US, they are very organized, polite, professional, competent and respectful. The Employees are helpful and well trained. I would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you were wondering if there was Ikea in Abruzzo, you could not be luckier! Indeed there is an Ikea store in Chieti and it has all the conforts. There is a huge car parking, a kids area, free wi-fi and a very good restaurant that offers a great variety of swedish specialties. After you’ve seen the swedish-style forniture offer, make sure to visit the gastronomic area too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday when I went to Ikea, I noticed all the prices had gone up. For just one item, there was €20 increase. I think that's crazy. What upset me the most is that I had just been there on the 29th of December to pick up some items but they were out of stock. I don't think it's right that I had to pay the higher price when the problem was at your end. Really disappointed.
