Il personale A.T.A fa il minimo indispensabile, alcuni docenti ricoprono ruoli per i quali non sono formati, dai piani alti arrivano imposizioni più che soluzioni.
Edificio con tutte le carte in regola per diventare una struttura psichiatrica, rumori molesti provenienti dalle vicinanze, cortile interno poco curato se non incolto.
Attrezzature eccessivamente datate ed usurate, sedie e banchi inadatti alla cura della postura, materiali mancanti o vecchi a tal punto da non essere utilizzabili.
