Sono molto contenta del loro servizio e lo consiglio. Sono sempre uscita con i miei capelli molto più soddisfatta delle mie aspettative. Competence, quality, kindness, punctuality .. Lei è l’artefice dell’agenda degli appuntamenti, con incastri pazzeschi per non sprecare il tuo tempo prezioso!!! Posso tranquillamente affermare che dopo anni a girovagare per i parrucchieri vicentini, finalmente da IEN ho trovato il mio porto sicuro, ed i miei capelli ringraziano ? ? Erika sa perfettamente che colore ti sta bene e l’effetto è sempre molto naturale! Il boss Nicola sa benissimo come trattare i ricci, sa esattamente cosa fare quando vuoi che sembrino lunghi, ma anche pari, ma anche non piatti. Poi Eva che ti coccola da quando varchi la soglia fino a quando non vai via! Ho trovato il paradiso per i miei ricci di fuoco! I have been a curly red Ien customer for about 4 years! Il taglio di Nicola era proprio adatto alla forma del mio viso e il colore moderno che mi ha consigliato Irene ha valorizzato ancora di più il mio incarnato. Ho trovato grande professionalità, esperienza e soprattutto molta simpatia e gentilezza. In questo salone ci si sente proprio coccolati, come a casa, ragione per cui tornerò di sicuro. Nicola's cut was just right for the shape of my face and the modern color that Irene recommended enhanced my complexion even more.
