Sono intervenuti su una caldaia in garanzia. Una volta concluso il controllo hanno fatto un intervento non richiesto sull'apparecchio. Quando ho chiamato per chiedere il ripristino mi hanno comunicato che sarebbero venuti solo a patto che pagassi l'intervento successivo.
Ho voluto parlare con il titolare per dirgli che non è serio fare modifiche non richieste su un intervento in garanzia per poi costringermi a pagare un nuovo intervento. Ho ottenuto solo che mi urlasse che se volevo rivedere il suo tecnico avrei dovuto pagarlo o potevo farmi l'intervento da solo.
Direi che il comportamento si descrive da solo....ho chiamato qualcun altro....meglio lasciar stare....
Bad seriousness!
They worked on a boiler under warranty. Once the check was complete, they performed an unsolicited intervention on the appliance. When I called to ask for the restoration, they told me that they would only come as long as I paid for the next intervention.
I wanted to talk to the owner to tell him that it is not serious to make unsolicited changes on a warranty repair and then force me to pay for a new one. I just got him yelling at me that if I wanted to see his technician again I would have to pay him or I could do the surgery myself.
I would say the behavior describes itself .... I called someone else .... better leave it alone ....
