★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima azienda fanno il sopralluogo per un preventivo dopo giorni e giorni li chiami e non rispondono gli scrivi un messaggio leggono e non rispondono
Se non vi interessa lavorare cosa chiamate a fare visto che mi avete chiamata voi per il lavoro e non io??
Pessimi statene alla larga ci sono aziende 1000 volte meglio e che lavorano seriamente!!
19/05/21 aggiorno la recensione dopo la risposta che avete dato:
non sono stata ricontattata da nessuno di voi nel registro chiamate non ho nessuna chiamata ne messaggio, non prendetemi in giro non sono scema
posso capire la situazione ma siete stati comunque non professionali vi ho chiamati ripetutamente e non avete mai risposto
ho inviato un messaggio che è stato letto ma a cui non avete mai risposto
bastava rispondere o richiamare il cliente e spiegare l'equivoco e non rispondere solo ad una recensione negativa.
non credo installiate caldaie solo per conto di altre compagnie potevate farmi un preventivo a nome della vostra azienda o non le installate???
Bad company they do the inspection for a quote after days and days you call them and they don't answer you write them a message they read and they don't answer
If you are not interested in working what do you call to do since you called me for the job and not me?
Bad stay away there are companies 1000 times better and they work seriously !!

I have not been contacted by any of you in the call log I have no call or message, do not make fun of me I am not stupid
i can understand the situation but you have been unprofessional anyway i called you repeatedly and you never answered
I sent a message that was read but you never replied to
it was enough to answer or call back the customer and explain the misunderstanding and not just respond to a negative review.
I do not think you install boilers only on behalf of other companies could you make me a quote on behalf of your company or do you not install them ???
