Sostituita la caldaia, con pagamento anticipato a inizio dicembre ed installata il 30 dicembre, dopo 4 mesi l'intervento non è stato ancora completato ed il carter, giunto danneggiato, non è stato ancora sostituito. Solo una promessa fatta il 28 febbraio di intervenire entro pochi giorni, ma dopo un mese ancora nulla.
Unreliable and incorrect. The boiler was replaced, with advance payment at the beginning of December and installed on December 30, after 4 months the intervention has not yet been completed and the crankcase, joint damaged, has not yet been replaced. Only a promise made on February 28 to intervene within a few days, but still nothing after a month.
