★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visto che non c'è modo di parlare con un dirigente , o con una persona seria che prende in mano la situazione degli ordini....provo a scrivere siamo clienti della Idros spa da più 4 anni e non è mai arrivato ordine di acqua a casa per il giorno concordato e l'orario soprattutto la presa in giro da parte dei dipedenti che scaricano colpa su corriere e corriere su chi gestisce ordini, entrambi hanno raccontato sempre una versione diversa.. ordine è arrivato sempre in ritardo di giorni .
non solo mi avete fatte perdere la pazienza e tempo che conta,per voi no magari essendo dietro una scrivania potete dire qualsiasi cosa .
ma non avete rispeto per il lavoro degli altri . mai più IDROS SPA . PECCATO SOLO CHE SIETE SOLO VOI A GESTIRE IN EMILIA LA ACQUA CHE PRENDIAMO COME HO GIA' DETTO ALLA IMPIEGATA.
I saw that there is no way to talk with a manager, or with a serious person who takes charge of the order situation .... I try to write we have been customers of Idros spa for more than 4 years and no order has ever arrived water at home for the agreed day and the time especially the mockery on the part of the employees who dump the blame on courier and courier on those who manage orders, both have always told a different version .. order has always arrived late by days.
not only did you make me lose patience and time that counts, for you maybe not being behind a desk you can say anything.
but you have no respect for the work of others. never again IDROS SPA. SIN ONLY THAT YOU ARE ONLY YOU TO MANAGE IN EMILIA THE WATER WE TAKE AS I HAVE ALREADY TOLD THE EMPLOYEE.
