In casa hanno svolto lavori sui termosifoni, sui rubinetti, sulle tubazioni dell'acqua, sull'impianto del gas; ultimamente hanno sostituito i vecchi climatizzatori con due nuovi. We have been their customers for several years. Gli interventi, sia nel caso di richieste urgenti per risoluzione di problematiche negli impianti esistenti sia nel caso di nuove realizzazioni, sono sempre stati tempestivi rispetto alla richiesta. Grande competenza, professionalità e precisione, da parte del titolare, signor Baret, e dei suoi dipendenti. Degno di nota l’attenzione e la qualità del servizio sempre offerto sia nel caso di lavori di “piccola entità” che più consistenti. Ed ulteriori due valori aggiunti. Una memoria storica, anche fotografica, mantenuta ad archivio dalla Idros, delle problematiche segnalate dal cliente e poi risolte. Aspetto di grande utilità per il cliente poiché consente di garantirgli una visione puntuale del proprio immobile. Nonchè una disponibilità, per nulla scontata, ed una competenza nel intervenire nel corso del lavoro anche su alcuni dettagli non strettamente attinenti al campo idraulico e termotecnico, che fanno sì che il cliente abbia un lavoro preciso e finito. Mi sono trovato molto bene, quanto speso giustifica l'estrema cura che ci mettono nelle lavorazioni anche cercando soluzioni ottimali non convenzionali a problemi più articolati dove altre aziende offrivano soluzioni meno rifinite o rifiutavano il lavoro.
