Il costruttore ci ha indirizzato nello show room di montaletto di Cervia con un buon capitolato per scegliere rivestimenti e arredamento dei nostri due bagni. È stato un disastro. Diversi errori di ordini, nel prospetto lasciatoci dei prodotti scelti non si trovano codici di riferimento ma solo una approssimativa descrizione. Dopo attese piuttosto lunghe di consegna, arrivati rivestimenti non scelti, sanitari sbagliati, promesse di consegne in date e ora non rispettate, con giorni di permessi dal lavoro usufruiti senza un senso e presenza dell'idraulico senza materiale da montare. Tuttora ci troviamo con un box doccia mancante, lavandino di un bagno e termoarredo mai arrivati, seppure l'ordine sia stato confermato da parte nostra più di un anno fa. Chiamato più volte il venditore di riferimento che ti mette in attesa, cade la linea e non richiama né si fa trovare. Non siamo stati per niente soddisfatti...da evitare. Unfortunately we do not recommend contacting this company. We purchased a new home in 2017 for delivery in 2019. The manufacturer has directed us in the showroom of Montaletto Cervia with good specifications to choose finishes and decor of our two bathrooms. It was a disaster. Different order errors, in the prospectus left us of the selected products there are no reference codes but only an approximate description. After waiting quite long delivery, we arrived not chosen coatings, wrong health, promises of deliveries on dates and time not observed, with permission from the unexpended days of work without a sense and presence plumber without material to be assembled. Still we are missing with a box shower, sink, a bath and heated towel rails never arrived, although the order has been confirmed by us over a year ago. Called the reference seller several times to put you on hold, the line goes down and doesn't call or be found. We were not at all satisfied ... to be avoided.
S	Silvia Viroli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showroom notevole e materiali molto belli dai pavimenti ai rivestimenti per bagno cucina , mobili per il bagno e accessori tutti per stili differenti nonostante ciò la mia esperienza non è molto soddisfacente data la difficoltà nel ricevere i prodotti scelti ( ho aspettato anche 4 mesi per un pezzo che serviva per la doccia quindi inutilizzato per tutto quello tempo) ma dopo aver avvertito la direzione ciò si è risolto veramente in modo celere. Ringrazio le persone che hanno preso in caro la mia situazione e l hanno risolta in modo egregio!!! Remarkable showroom and very beautiful materials from floors to wall tiles for bathroom, bathroom furniture and accessories all for different styles despite this my experience is not very satisfactory given the difficulty in receiving the chosen products (I waited even 4 months for a piece which was used for the shower so unused for all that time) but after warning the direction this has really resolved quickly. I thank the people who took my situation dearly and resolved it in an excellent way !!!

Ho acquistato da Bozzola TUTTI i materiali ( pavimento, sanitari, mobili bagno, ecc) , tralasciamo il fatto che il venditore a cui mi avevano affidata è stato gentilissimo all'atto dell'acquisto e poi introvabile successivamente per risolvere le mille problematiche avute : ritardi consegna, oggetti sbagliati, oggetti fallati ecc. Mi sono rivolta a Bozzola sotto suggerimento di professionisti perché trattava marchi di livello , ma a distanza di nemmeno 3 anni la situazione si sta complicando : rubinetto di cucina super tecnologico già rotto, termostato della doccia consigliatissimo dal venditore già rotto, lavandini dei due bagni rimasti senza chiusura (si è rotto il meccanismo interno )dopo pochissimi mesi di utilizzo , cromature dei wc già danneggiate. Direi che , nonostante mi avessero intortato con l'alto livello dei loro prodotti, forse.........se li avessi acquistati presso una delle tante catene economiche il risultato sarebbe stato similare . Non ultimo per importanza: il venditore che ci aveva seguito e consigliato nell'acquisto di tutti questi "eccelsi" prodotti non risponde più al telefono né ai messaggi . Complimenti , il cliente è considerato solo come un limone da spremere per poi gettarlo via . Complimenti vivissimi Very nice display, but not all that glitters is gold. I bought ALL the materials from Bozzola (floor, bathroom fixtures, bathroom furniture, etc.), we ignore the fact that the seller to whom I had been entrusted was very kind at the time of purchase and then cannot be found later to solve the many problems encountered: delays delivery, wrong items, flawed items etc. I turned to Bozzola at the suggestion of professionals because it dealt with high-level brands, but after less than 3 years the situation is getting complicated: super-technological kitchen tap already broken, shower thermostat highly recommended by the seller already broken, sinks in the two remaining bathrooms without closure (the internal mechanism broke) after a few months of use, the chrome of the toilets already damaged. I would say that, although they had misled me with the high level of their products, perhaps ......... if I had bought them at one of the many economic chains the result would have been similar. Last but not least: the seller who followed us and advised us in the purchase of all these "excellent" products no longer answers the phone or messages. Pur avendo prenotato i prodotti con larghissimo anticipo di 7 mesi (2 box doccia, 3 mobili bagno, piastrelle e rivestimenti), mi sono stati consegnati con 3 mesi di ritardo e sono dovuto rimanere in affitto perché senza bagni, ma questo a loro non interessa... Hanno giocato a far scarica barile con idraulico ed impresa di costruzione su chi avesse rovinato i mobiletti bagno, oltre che alle piastrelle che ho dovuto farne sostituire e farne sistemare 14. Anche se loro promettono materiali di qualità è evidente che "non è così" e io ho purtroppo toccato con mano. SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE QUESTO POSTO E CHI CI LAVORA DENTRO, FALSE PROMESSE E FINTI PERBENISMI SOLO PER FREGARE I CLIENTI. AWFUL! I strongly advise against this point of sale. Despite having booked the products very well in advance of 7 months (2 shower cubicles, 3 bathroom furniture, tiles and wall tiles), they were delivered to me 3 months late and I had to stay on rent because there were no bathrooms, but they don't care. ... They played to unload a barrel with a plumber and a construction company on who had ruined the bathroom cabinets, as well as the tiles that I had to have 14 replaced and fixed.
