★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recensisco il negozio di Roma perché la politica di reso online fa riferimento alla sede di Roma per i resi. Ho acquistato online un trimmer arrivato rotto. Ho fatto richiesta di sostituzione mandando le relative foto, mi hanno risposto che non possono fare la sostituzione perché la loro assicurazione copre solo in piccolissima parte le spese e ci sarebbero andati in perdita. Per cui hanno deciso che ci sarei dovuto andare io in perdita non sostituendo il prodotto. Quindi ho buttato 250€ per un prodotto arrivato rotto. Inaccettabile ed inammissibile, mai più Idroponica
I review the shop in Rome because the online return policy refers to the Rome office for returns. I bought a broken trimmer online. I requested a replacement by sending the relative photos, they replied that they cannot do the replacement because their insurance covers only a very small part of the costs and they would have lost. So they decided that I should go at a loss by not replacing the product. So I threw away € 250 for a broken product. Unacceptable and inadmissible, never again Hydroponics

Customer service does not exist.
Instructions in the kit in English only.
Contacted several times they send me a video that has little to do with my requests.
Never again.
