Del corriere importa poco a noi. 50 minuti per preparare un ordine. Ho dovuto anche portarmi il carrello con la merce in macchina. Fast to the store, super slow to the warehouse. Scrivono che la spedizione viene effettuata il giorno dopo l'ordine online e quando li chiami dopo una settima ti dicono che il pacco è pronto ma ci mette ancora 5 giorni a partire. Per non parlare dei corrieri a cui puntualmente scaricano la colpa. LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A CHIUNQUE ABBIA INTENZIONE DI FARE ACQUISTI. Worst site I've ever bought from. Despite trying multiple orders, there have always been only problems. They write that the shipment is made the day after the online order and when you call them after a seventh they tell you that the package is ready but it still takes 5 days to leave. Not to mention the couriers they regularly blame. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WHO INTENDS TO PURCHASE.

Ho fatto richiesta di sostituzione mandando le relative foto, mi hanno risposto che non possono fare la sostituzione perché la loro assicurazione copre solo in piccolissima parte le spese e ci sarebbero andati in perdita. Per cui hanno deciso che ci sarei dovuto andare io in perdita non sostituendo il prodotto. Quindi ho buttato 250€ per un prodotto arrivato rotto. Inaccettabile ed inammissibile, mai più Idroponica I review the shop in Rome because the online return policy refers to the Rome office for returns. I bought a broken trimmer online. I requested a replacement by sending the relative photos, they replied that they cannot do the replacement because their insurance covers only a very small part of the costs and they would have lost. Centralina gse ed alimentatore sonlight pagati per nuovi ma invece erano rigenerati!!!! Sta cosa mi manda in bestia 6 mesi per riparare la gse pagata 220 euro da nuova e 37 euro la riparazione dopo appena 12 mesi che a detta dei commessi non era in garanzia, invece mi sono accorto della rigenerazione, quando dopo appena 15 mesi si rompe l'alimentatore mi è stato si sostituito e guardandolo meglio mi sono accorto di molte differenze strutturali con il primo, rendendo evidente che fosse un prodotto usato vendutomi per nuovo. Detto ciò MAI PIU. Leave all hope you who enter! zero education zero assistance. Gse control unit and sonlight power supply paid for new but instead they were regenerated !!!! This is what makes me angry 6 months to repair the gse paid 220 euros from new and 37 euros for the repair after just 12 months which according to the clerks was not under warranty, instead I noticed the regeneration, when after just 15 months it breaks the power supply was replaced and looking at it better I noticed many structural differences with the first one, making it evident that it was a used product sold for new. That said NEVER AGAIN.
