Non rispettano i tempi di consegna previsti. mi avevano detto entro 20 gg e la merce è arrivata a 54 gg, quasi il triplo di tempistica dopo una serie infinita di solleciti e si trattava di termosifone in pieno inverno quindi creando grossi disagi. Il termosifone arriva con una linguetta piegata ma decido di tenerlo vista l'esigenza. Richiamo a mie spese l'idraulico per il montaggio e si accorge che ci hanno dato raccordi di colore sbagliato,ce li cambiano ma questa volta la misura era sbagliata quindi sostengo nuovamente le spese di chiamata dell'idraulico inutilmente a causa di idronissa...ma udite udite...questa volta si incaponiscono a non volerci sostituire i pezzi da loro dati errati e non si scusano neanche per i disagi creati e le spese alle quali sono andata incontro a vuoto a causa loro!!! Negozio di grande incompetenza e scortesia.
Ah quasi dimenticavo.....avevo preso anche un sifone pagato 15 euro, l'idraulico lo ha reputato 'cotto dal sole' e me lo ha fatto riportare indietro ovviamente prima di aprirne la confezione e ....magia delle magie mi è stato riconosciuto solo un costo di 10 euro (pur avendo lo scontrino)...... che dire....serietà ZERO
Sconsigliatissimo. They do not respect the expected delivery times. they had told me within 20 days and the goods arrived at 54 days, almost triple the timing after an endless series of reminders and it was a radiator in the middle of winter, therefore creating great inconvenience. The radiator comes with a folded tongue but I decide to keep it considering the need. I call the plumber at my expense for assembly and he realizes that they have given us the wrong color fittings, they change them but this time the size was wrong so I again bear the plumber's call costs unnecessarily due to hydronissa ... but listen, listen ... this time they do not want to replace the pieces with their wrong data and they do not apologize even for the inconvenience created and the expenses that I went through because of them !!! Shop of great incompetence and discourtesy.
Ah I almost forgot ..... I had also taken a siphon paid 15 euros, the plumber considered it 'cooked by the sun' and made me bring it back obviously before opening the package and .... magic of magic it was recognized only a cost of 10 euros (despite having the receipt) ...... what to say .... seriousness ZERO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finalmente trovo il momento giusto per fare una recensione. Anche se non sono del settore quelle poche volte che ci sono andato ho trovato gentilezza e cortesia. Per non parlare che mi hanno risolto un grande problema per le tavoloccie del VC. Che dopo tanti tentativi fatti altrove grazie a un loro sistema ho risolto il problema una volta per sempre. Tra l'altro ve lo consiglio per chi ha il problema di trovare una tavoloccia del vc con la misura ve lo consiglio.
I finally find the right time to do a review. Even if I am not in the sector the few times I went there, I found kindness and courtesy. Not to mention that they solved a big problem for me for the VC tables. That after many attempts made elsewhere thanks to their system I have solved the problem once and for all.
