Grazie ragazzi I urgently needed to replace the boiler in the middle of winter, in less than a week from my call everything solved with a new Baxi boiler, beautiful design, good materials and easy to use. R	Richard Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamati per un problema su una caldaia Baxi che aveva smesso improvvisamente di funzionare (con il freddo dell'inverno non è il massimo del piacere). Mi hanno dato appuntamento dopo sole tre ore: tecnico puntualissimo, intervento rapido (nonostante la necessità di sostituire un componente) e risolutivo. In meno di un'ora la caldaia era nuovamente funzionante ed era stata effettuata contestualmente la manutenzione e la pulizia periodica. Costo dell'intera operazione: ragionevolissimo. Assolutamente da consigliare! Called in for a problem on a Baxi boiler that had suddenly stopped working (in the cold of winter it's not the best of pleasure). They gave me an appointment after only three hours: very punctual technician, quick intervention (despite the need to replace a component) and decisive. In less than an hour the boiler was operational again and periodic maintenance and cleaning had been carried out at the same time. Cost of the whole operation: very reasonable. Absolutely to recommend!

Spero che tali propositivi comportamenti adottati dal signor Francesco siano di esempio a molti altri operanti nel settore. I miei complimenti in tutto e..... Ad maiora semper!!! Ebbene ad avvenuto intervento da parte del tecnico inviato dal signor Francesco che, oltre all'assoluta competenza e professionalità, è stato una persona di estremo garbo ed impareggiabile precisione. Posso finalmente affermare che ad oggi, 21.4.2022, A DISTANZA DI UN MESE DALL'AVVENUTO INTERVENTO DI UN TECNICO DELLA IDROGAS (Davide), il problema quotidiano è stato BRILLANTEMENTE RISOLTO atteso che, tecnici di altra impresa abilitata non erano stato affatto in grado di individuare (nonostante avessi insistito sul malfunzionamento dello scaldacqua spiegando in dettaglio il quali erano i difetti che si verificano con quasi cadenza quotidiana) ma, LA LORO UNICA PREOCCUPAZIONE era stata invece SOLO quella dI PRETENDERE da me l'importo per l'avvenuta chiamata, nonostante la garanzia ancora in vigore. Consiglio vivamente la IDROGAS a coloro che potrebbero avere problemi, poiché, oltre all'indiscussa professionalità, si troveranno di fronte a persone DEONTOLOGICAMENTE ONESTE, PER BENE, PROFESSIONALI, EDUCATE, ETC. ETC. ETC. Grazie! Coming from an extremely negative experience with another service center which, I hope so much, will never repeat itself, I was lucky enough to speak with the manager of IDROGRAS, Mr. Francesco, who, in having exposed the problem caused by my water heater Baxi, has shown absolute availability, promptness and, even more professionalism, in providing me with support in this regard. I can finally say that as of today, April 21st, 2022, ONE MONTH AFTER THE INTERVENTION OF AN IDROGAS TECHNICIAN (Davide), the daily problem has been BRILLIANTLY SOLVED since technicians from another qualified company had not been able at all to identify (although I had insisted on the malfunction of the water heater explaining in detail which were the defects that occur almost daily) but, THEIR ONLY CONCERN was ONLY to ASK from me the amount for the call, despite the warranty still in effect.
