The counter is a bit slow and deliveries are often wrong, but on the other hand the shop is well stocked with very kind staff.

Ho appena acquistato un ventilatore, e, in quanto 'fuori stagione', unico pezzo disponibile. Quando hanno portato la scatola alla cassa mi sono lamentata del fatto che fosse stata già aperta, e spudoratamente mi è stato detto di no e già lì mi sono indispettita perché mentire di fronte all'evidenza di certo non fidelizza il cliente. Ho ribadito che era stata già aperta, e questo era un dato di fatto e che la scatola era anche danneggiata. Purtroppo era un acquisto necessario e contingente per la mia casa e ho dovuto desistere a far valere le mie ragioni e l'ho acquistato ugualmente. Una volta arrivata a casa ho notato che la base della piantana era sporca, molto probabilmente è stato un pezzo da esposizione (alla faccia del non è vero che non è stata aperta). Con questo comportamento inaffidabile e disonesto è difficile sostenere che sia necessario e utile mantenere il piccolo commercio locale. Meglio che chiudiate, la grande distribuzione - nonostante la sua disumanizzazione - offre decisamente un servizio migliore
Unreliable and dishonest.
I just bought a fan, and, as it is 'out of season', the only piece available. When they brought the box to the cashier I complained that it had already been opened, and shamelessly I was told no and already there I was annoyed because lying in front of the evidence certainly does not build customer loyalty. I reiterated that it had already been opened, and this was a fact and that the box was also damaged. Unfortunately it was a necessary and contingent purchase for my home and I had to give up my reasons and bought it anyway. Once I got home I noticed that the base of the floor lamp was dirty, most likely it was a display piece (in the face of it is not true that it has not been opened). With this unreliable and dishonest behavior it is difficult to argue that it is necessary and useful to keep the small local trade. Better close, large retailers - despite their dehumanization - definitely offer a better service
