Non si paga un idraulico perché riparari una tubazione ma si paga perché sa qual è la tubazione da riparare. Quella non funzionante è stata portata a riparare siamo in attesa del preventivo. L'intervento è stato effettuato a Febbraio 2021 e ANCORA STIAMO ASPETTANDO. STO FACENDO DUE TELEFONATE AL MESE DA ALLORA E LA RISPOSTA È SEMPRE "VERIFICO E LA RICHIAMO" NESSUNO DI LORO MI HA MAI RICHIAMATO! Oggi ho telefonato e la risposta era la stessa e ho chiesto se potevano farmi sapere entro la giornata e mi hanno detto "non so se ce la facciamo".... SBALORDITIVO! DA FEBBRAIO CHE ASPETTO E OGGI NON SANNO SE CE LA FANNO. Bad experience! Two interventions on the same pit removed a non-functioning and installed new pump in our possession. Anche quando chiami l’ufficio per delle informazioni, trovi persone preparate e competenti. Hanno eseguito i lavori alla perfezione e lasciando tutto pulito e in ordine. Notare che questo è stato da loro deciso solo ed esclusivamente via telefono in quanto nessuno è venuto effettivamente a visionare il problema. Chiamata altra ditta e risolto il problema in mezz'ora di lavoro. Called for emergency. They refused to intervene because they said the work was too complex for an evening intervention. G	Gattorna Termo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Intervenuti in tempi giusti .. disotturato water pagati immediatamente ma esattamente dopo due giorni si è ripresentato stesso problema… richiamati hanno finito il lavoro che nn avevano fatto due giorni prima… ovviamente hanno emesso fattura e pagati nuovamente… Nn discuto il fatto del pagamento, il lavoro va pagato, nn mi è piaciuto la modalità nel risolvere il problema…. La tariffa si paga dal momento della partenza dei tecnici fino al loro rientro…e va bene ma poi il lavoro va terminato nella stessa chiamata . Questo nn è avvenuto … tanto che il disagio è stato doppio Ora a distanza di qualche giorno tutto bene….
