★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro è veramente bello. L'esposizione è curata. Io però mi sono rivolto a loro per un pezzo di ricambio idraulico. Devo dire che mi sono rivolto ad altri prima di loro ma non ho trovato la stessa gentilezza, cura del cliente e tempestività. Il pezzo che cercavo non l'avevano in magazzino e subito hanno contattato via mail la ditta; tempo di fare Dormelletto - Varallo Pombia e già avevo la risposta con allegato il preventivo per il pezzo e tutte le informazioni. Quindi 5 stelle più che meritate.
The center is really beautiful. The exhibition is curated. But I turned to them for a hydraulic spare part. I must say that I have approached others before them but I have not found the same kindness, customer care and timeliness. They did not have the piece I was looking for in stock and immediately contacted the company via email; time to do Dormelletto - Varallo Pombia and I already had the answer with the quote for the piece and all the information attached. So 5 stars more than you deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato dei caloriferi zendler,non hanno neanche capito di mandare via l ordine al più presto perché arrivava il freddo, è partito una settimana dopo.come se non bastasse dovevano arrivare in 4 settimane cioè per il 20 novembre. Oggi è il 26 e ancora non so nulla.li ho reso partecipi che sono in casa con 16 gradi ma a quanto pare a certa gente non gliene frega niente.
I ordered zendler heaters, they did not even understand to send the order away as soon as possible because it was cold, it left a week later. As if that were not enough they had to arrive in 4 weeks, that is by November 20th. Today is the 26th and I still don't know anything. I made them aware that I am at home with 16 degrees but apparently some people don't give a damn.
