La prima ad Aprile, mancanza di personale nell'area espositiva e in quella del magazzino dovuta al periodo vicino al ponte del 25 vabbè... Ci riprovo oggi sperando cambi qualcosa ma niente. Dopo ben 1 ora di attesa, devo semplicemente trovare degli accessori bagno in sostituzione, chiedendo prima se ci fosse qualcosa di compatibile in maniera da non aspettare inutilmente, chiediamo quanto ancora c'è da aspettare e il commesso già impegnato con un'altra coppia ormai da un bel po' ci consiglia di tornare in settimana (aggiungo la comodità per noi che lavoriamo dal lun-ven fino alle 19 venire da voi in settimana dalle 8 alle 18). Dirlo prima magari senza farci aspettare inutilmente? O lasciare i signori impegnati in decisioni molto lunghe per 5 minuti e mostrarci 3 accessori che ci servivano? Sarebbe bastata più attenzione a un cliente che è in attesa e vi ha dato per la seconda volta un'occasione, anche questa volta persa. Mi arrendo e torno a comprare su internet.

Say it before maybe without making us wait in vain? Or let the gentlemen engaged in long decisions for 5 minutes and 3 show accessories that we needed? More attention would have been enough for a customer who is waiting and has given you an opportunity for the second time, once again lost. I give up and go back to buying on the internet.
