Come nuova cliente ho prenotato solo per shampoo e piega per provare, mi hanno fatta accomodare per lo shampoo senza farmi togliere la borsa e le buste le ho dovute appoggiare a terra. Shampoo con maschera durato 5 minuti, due persone per asciugare, sono entrata alle 17:10 e sono uscita alle 17:40. La piega giusto 10 minuti e si sono gonfiati sotto, in poche parole era meglio se lo avessi fatto io a casa almeno due giorni sarebbe durata. Bad experience. As a new customer I booked only for shampoo and hair styling to try, they made me sit for the shampoo without letting me take off the bag and the bags I had to put them on the ground. Shampoo with mask lasted 5 minutes, two people to dry, I went in at 5:10 pm and left at 5:40 pm. The fold just 10 minutes and they swelled under, in a nutshell it was better if I had done it at home at least two days it would have lasted.

Sono uscita dal centro con una tonalità ARANCIONE PAGLIIERINO (allego foto) e con mille colori diversi in testa. Sono ritornata il giorno seguente per aggiustare il colore, mi sono state messe extension contro la mia volontà e senza avvisarmi del prezzo finale (molto alto). Mi sono state fatte 3 colorazioni nel giro di 24 ore. Mi sono stati tagliati i capelli in maniera molto frettolosa e infatti adesso dopo aver tolto le extension mi ritrovo capelli rovinatissimi e con taglio a zig zag. Extension irrecuperabili in quanto tutte incollate dalla cheratina. Inoltre è stata aggiunta sui social una mia foto, completamente photoshoppata con colori e acconciatura completamente modificata. Sconsigliatissimo purtroppo I wanted to fix my shade of blonde. I left the center with a PAGLIIERINO ORANGE shade (I attach photos) and with a thousand different colors on my head. I came back the next day to fix the color, extensions were put on against my will and without notifying me of the final price (very high). I was given 3 colors within 24 hours. My hair was cut in a very hasty way and in fact now after having removed the extensions I have very damaged hair with a zigzag cut. Unrecoverable extensions as they are all glued by keratin. In addition, a photo of me was added to social media, completely photoshopped with completely changed colors and hairstyle. Unfortunately not recommended

Io mi faccio seguire da Valerione :-), esperto ed estremamente attento a ciò di cui i miei capelli hanno bisogno, curandoli in maniera eccelsa. Tutti i ragazzi però sono bravi, competenti e professionali. Lo consiglio vivamente ! Expression of competence and skill. At Idola it is impossible not to be satisfied. I let myself be followed by Valerione :-), expert and extremely attentive to what my hair needs, taking care of it in an excellent way. All the guys, however, are good, competent and professional. I highly recommend it!
l	laura benvenuto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho voluto dare un'ultima chance a Idola dopo essermi trovata malissimo nella sede di piazza Borsa: ragazzini che mentre le clienti fanno lo shampoo ridacchiano delle clienti stesse, commenti volgari, norme anti covid assenti. La cosa più grave è che ho pagato 90 euro un degradè che mi ha totalmente bruciato i capelli, quando mi son detta poco soddisfatta se ne sono fregati. Meriterebbero di chiudere. I wanted to give Idola a last chance after I found myself very badly in the headquarters in Piazza Borsa: kids who, while the customers are shampooing, giggling at the customers themselves, vulgar comments, no anti-covid rules. The worst thing is that I paid 90 euros for a degradè that totally burned my hair, when I said I was unsatisfied they didn't give a damn. They deserve to close.

I am used to go to American or French salon but never been satisfied like I am with this napolitain salon. I will absolutely come back in my next trip to Napoli. If you are looking for a perfect look, this is the place to go Gracci mille ?
