Ciò che mi ha colpito fin dall'inizio è stata la loro attenzione rivolta nei confronti del brand societario e del tipo di attività al fine di andare a identificare il logo che più si addicesse in termini di stile, font, colori, ecc... per cui ho deciso di dar loro fiducia. Sono stato coinvolto attivamente durante le varie fasi di creazione del logo e ho ricevuto diverse proposte, tutte valide ma con finalità diverse, dalle quali poi ho scelto insieme a loro quella che mi sembrava più opportuna in base a ciò che ho intenzione di comunicare ai miei clienti target. Dal punto di vista del supporto clienti sono cortesi e rapidi nel fornire le risposte e le soluzioni a qualsiasi tipo di problema incontrato nell'uso del logo.
