A	Alfredo Mini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo dopo quattro anni sono costretto a cambiare parrucchiere in quanto la titolare non è più affidabile e manca di rispetto nei confronti della clientela pagante. Prima si rompe il tubo dell'acqua e non risponde più al telefono, poi deve imbiancare e stessa solfa.... chiamo e non risponde mai nessuno.... una domanda nasce spontanea: "ma perchè non mi richiama??" "avrà visto che l'ho chiamata venti volte??" La goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata venerdì 29 aprile 2022 quando avevo appuntamento alle ore 15 (fissato da più di un mese) e quando sono arrivato il negozio era chiuso. Chiamo la titolare sul telefono privato che grazie a dio ero riuscito a farmi dare e vigliaccamente non risponde ma pochi istanti dopo ecco un messaggino: "scusa non mi sono ricordata di avvisarti.... sono a Belluno dal medico con mio figlio". Vergognoso L'appuntamento era di venerdì e ho dovuto faticare non poco per trovare un altro parrucchiere che mi facesse i capelli causandomi un disagio non da poco dato che avevo un impegno importante. Dopo il messaggino non l'ho più sentita.... nessun tentativo di rimediare chiedendomi di tornare in serata o il giorno successivo. Sparita come nulla fosse. Non si trattano così i clienti, rispetto per la vita e gli impegni degli altri zero. Se hai un'agenda dove segni gli appuntamenti e non puoi andare a lavorare chiami e disdici, non fai andare la gente inutilmente. Sconsiglio questo salone. Unfortunately, after four years I am forced to change hairdresser as the owner is no longer reliable and disrespectful towards paying customers. First the water pipe breaks and he no longer answers the phone, then he has to whitewash and the same story .... I call and nobody ever answers .... a question arises: "but why doesn't he call me back?" "must have seen that I called her twenty times?" The straw that broke the camel's back was Friday 29 April 2022 when I had an appointment at 3 pm (fixed for more than a month) and when I arrived the shop was closed. I call the owner on the private phone that thank god I was able to get me and cowardly does not answer but a few moments later here is a message: "sorry I didn't remember to tell you .... I'm in Belluno at the doctor with my son". Shameful The appointment was on a Friday and I had to work hard to find another hairdresser who did my hair causing me a lot of discomfort since I had an important commitment. After the little message I have not heard from her again .... no attempt to remedy by asking me to come back in the evening or the next day. Disappeared as if nothing had happened. Customers are not treated like this, respect for the life and commitments of other zeroes. If you have an agenda where you make appointments and you can't go to work you call and cancel, you don't make people go unnecessarily. I do not recommend this salon.
