She was simply fantastic, she created a wonderful bouquet of very fresh flowers and of all kinds ❤ Not to mention the packaging and the card in which she reported a phrase I requested. Gentilissima la signora che ho contattato tramite il cellulare trovato su google, ho fatto recapitare a mia cugina una bellissima pianta, con una stupenda confezione, per il suo compleanno. La signora si è resa disponibile e mi ha consigliato il tipo di pianta, mi ha inviato moltissime foto per farmi vedere come era fatta la pianta e quanto era grande. Mi ha anche scritto un bel biglietto a mano con il testo che avevo deciso di inviare. Un grandissimo ringraziamento a lei ed suo staff per la velocità di consegna, complimenti per la passione e gentilezza con cui fa il suo lavoro. Consigliatissima. Great experience! La signora Enza è di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità unica, oltre ad essere molto competente e ad amare molto il suo lavoro. Si sente dai consigli che mi ha dato. E questo ha fatto la differenza. Mi ha mandato un sacco di fotografie di piante per poter scegliere e poi mi ha tenuto sempre aggiornata fino al momento della consegna con la foto della pianta ultimata e confezionata con ottimo gusto. Inutile dire che la destinataria dell’omaggio floreale è stata contentissima e io ho fatto davvero una bellissima figura. Grazie di cuore Sig.ra Enza!!! Really super recommended! The owner was so helpful and went above and beyond to create a beautiful bouquet. She sent me photos and videos of the arrangement before delivery. My daughter was so surprised and thrilled with the gift. She couldn’t figure out how I managed to send flowers from so far away. I will always be grateful for Idee in Fiore dal 1970 for making this milestone birthday such a special day.
