★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno degli immobili belli e l'agente che ci ha seguiti in un tentativo di acquisto era tecnicamente preparato e corretto. Peccato che svanito il primo tentativo non si sia dato da fare per trovarci un'altra soluzione come aveva detto. Oggi si è acquirenti e domani venditori, o di nuovo acquirenti ma le agenzie di Firenze non lavorano mai in quest'ottica.
Risposta al proprietario: per vostra negligenza, ma non si preoccupi è un male comune a tutte le agenzie di Firenze che dicono al cliente "guardi sul nostro sito e se trova qualcosa che le va bene mi chiami", così il lavoro di ricerca lo fa il cliente che poi deve pagare anche il 4% di commissione.
Comunque la casa l'ho già comprata, facendo una gran fatica di cui mi ricorderò.
