Ci tornerò sicuramente per i futuri controlli ed un ringrazio particolare volevo farlo ad antonio che mi ha seguito dall'inizio fino alla fine della riparazione. I was on the advice of a friend and I had a great time both for punctuality and professionalism, not to overlook the fact of the courtesy car. G	Gualtiero Fusca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In una parola professionali: rapidi e precisi in tutto non solo nel fare il lavoro sull’ auto ma anche nel fornirti le giuste informazioni prima del lavoro, a differenza di altri sa come trattare il cliente. Non è la prima volta che mi rivolgo a loro ma vi riporto la mia ultima esperienza a seguito di un danno vandalico. Per appunto un vandalico ero andato a informarmi in una carrozzeria nello stesso comune non molto distante dalla loro sapendo essere convenzionata con la mia assicurazione (dato che ancora non sapevo che IDEAL CAR fosse anche lei convenzionata) nella speranza di avere quanto meno ridotti gli scoperti e mi hanno risposto che nonostante fossero convenzionati avrei comunque avuto lo scoperto pieno, proponendomi quindi una soluzione a dir poco allucinante. Sono andato poi da IDEAL CAR scoprendo che erano covvenzionati anche loro e Antonio, a differenza della carrozzeria precedente, si è preso la briga di fare un paio di telefonate per darmi le giuste informazioni. Morale della storia nello stesso tempo che la carrozzeria precedente ci aveva impegiato per dirmi che non avrei avuto alcun vantaggio e proponendomi un opzione inaccettabile, IDEAL CAR nello stesso tempo mi ha comunicato invece che essendo loro convenzionati (esattamente come l’ altra) ero completamente esente da scoperti e franchigie e a costo zero mi hanno risolto il problema….a voi le conclusioni. C’ è gente che sa ed ha voglia di lavorare e trattare il cliente ed altri no. In a word, professional: quick and precise in everything, not only in doing the work on the car but also in providing you with the right information before work, unlike others, they know how to treat the customer. It is not the first time that I turn to them but I bring you my latest experience following a vandal damage. In fact, a vandalist had gone to inquire in a body shop in the same municipality not very far from theirs, knowing that I had an agreement with my insurance (since I still did not know that IDEAL CAR was also affiliated with it) in the hope of having at least reduced the overdrafts and they replied that despite having an agreement I would still have had the full overdraft, thus proposing a solution that is nothing short of hallucinating. I then went to IDEAL CAR, discovering that they were also co-subsidized and Antonio, unlike the previous body shop, took the trouble to make a couple of phone calls to give me the right information. Moral of the story at the same time that the previous body shop had engaged us to tell me that I would have no advantage and by offering me an unacceptable option, IDEAL CAR at the same time communicated to me instead that being affiliated with them (exactly like the other) I was completely exempt from overdrafts and deductibles and at no cost they solved the problem for me ... the conclusions are up to you. There are people who know and want to work and treat the customer and others do not.

Antonio che lo staff che gestisce. M'è stato molto utile il servizio a domicilio, e la possibilità d'usufruire dell'auto di cortesia. Infine, da non trascurare anche l'attenzione alla sanificazione prima della ri-consegna del veicolo. Lo consiglio con piacere. Cortesia, puntualità e lavoro eseguito a regola d'arte sono gli ingredienti di quest'attività che merita 5 stelle e che certamente mi sento di consigliare a chiunque abbia necessità di professionisti seri a cui affidare il proprio autoveicolo. Ringrazio Antonio ed i suoi collaboratori per la loro totale disponibilità a risolvere qualunque problema o perplessità abbia loro rappresentato. I rarely happen to publicly review a service or an experience both for good and for bad but, in this case, I absolutely have to share an extremely positive experience with the IDEALCAR body shop. Courtesy, punctuality and work performed in a workmanlike manner are the ingredients of this activity that deserves 5 stars and which I certainly feel I can recommend to anyone who needs serious professionals to entrust their vehicle to.
