Ho telefonato e scritto email! In 4 mesi non sono mai riuscito a parlare con un tecnico e programmare una visita. Ditta da cancellare! Assistenza e vicinanza al cliente zero! Affidabilita' zero!
He provided me with doors and windows years ago. since the beginning of June I ask them to visit them to study alternatives for doors and windows in order to improve brightness. I phoned and emailed! In 4 months I have never been able to speak to a technician and schedule a visit. Firm to be canceled! Zero customer assistance and proximity! Zero reliability!
