L'azienda non considera adeguatamente i privati. Consegne in ritardo, assistenza post vendita latitante. Vetro rotto nemmeno dopo un anno, ovviamente, non coperto da garanzia.Nel complesso merce buona ma avere a che fare con loro è difficile, dopo il pagamento. Andate da qualche artigiano vi tratterà meglio anche se trattare meglio rispetto a IDEALDISASTER ci vuole poco. Peccato non posso metter 0 Stelle! Ho chiesto un preventivo per ripristinare il danno, anche se minimo, comunque fatto dai ladri e sto aspettando da 3 mesi. Non rispondono più al telefono forse non esistono nemmeno più. Servizio post vendita inesistente. Anti-burglary non-existent, they forced the window in 2 minutes and with minimal burglary. I asked for a quote to restore the damage, even if minimal, however done by thieves and I have been waiting for 3 months. They don't answer the phone anymore, maybe they don't even exist anymore. Non-existent after-sales service.

Merce pagata in anticipo, poi consegnano quello che vogliono, nel nostro caso non ci hanno mai consegnato i coprifili delle guide delle tapparelle, e quante bugie al telefono, quando siamo venuti a sapere che non ci consegnavano perché erano insolventi nei confronti del loro fornitore. Bad company. Poi scopri che non pagano i dipendenti e da lì sciopero e attività sospese. Complimentoni. Da 6 mesi aspetto la sistemazione dei pasticci sempre rimandata dopo 1000 telefonate. Con rispetto per i dipendenti in gamba, se state guardando questa azienda lasciate perdere. Aprendo semplicemente la finestra del bagno si è rotto un pezzo e non si apre più bene e traballa. La ditta installatrice, loro diretta installatrice, è stata pessima. Non provo neanche a rivolgermi a loro cambierò per riparare il guasto cambierò direttamente le finestre. Purtroppo non sono stato io a scegliere le finestre. Bad quality windows. C	Cristina Salgarello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Poca professionalità e nessuna assistenza clienti. Nella posa dei serramenti mi hanno rotto i marmi e ora quando piove, mi entra l'acqua. Dopo 5 anni si è rotto il meccanismo di chiusura di una loro portafinestra. In entrambi i casi non c'è stato nessun modo di contattarli. I loro commerciali spariscono, cambiano lavoro così in fretta da non trovarli più e l'azienda non ridponde MAI. Molto delusi. Bad experience. Little professionalism and no customer support. Era "rinata" nel 2018 dalle ceneri della vecchia Ideal Fenster, già a sua volta "fallita" a seguito di una voragine di debiti: pendenze con il fisco (maxi multe ricevute per anni di consistente evasione fiscale), debiti con i fornitori che non venivano più pagati e debiti con i dipendenti. Il titolare (sempre il solito!) agiva e dirigeva la baracca in maniera autoritaria e capricciosa, nascosto dietro mentite spoglie e prestanome, in quanto lui già implicato in altri fallimenti e vicende giudiziarie. L' importante era cercare di incamerare più soldi possibile, ritardare il più possibile o evitare i pagamenti di oneri, dipendenti e fornitori, promettere ai dipendenti che "un giorno avrete tutto quello che avanzate" e scansare i problemi dei clienti con mille scusanti. Fino alla fine dei giochi. Ora i dipendenti, che avanzano ancora mesi di stipendi dalle due società, riceveranno forse un domani qualche briciola dai curatori fallimentari. I fornitori, che avanzano migliaia e migliaia di euro, quasi sicuramente non vedranno più un bel nulla! I clienti rimarranno, naturalmente, con i loro problemi da risolvere. La bella imprenditoria!
