Dopo l'installazione di un inserto a pellet MCZ a febbraio 2019 abbiamo continui problemi di allarmi che bloccano il funzionamento. Il problema è ancora irrisolto, il venditore ha rimpallato l'onere alla MCZ in quanto il prodotto è in garanzia, lavandosi le mani di fatto. Il tecnico MCZ speriamo risolva a settembre. Alla faccia dei 'tempi congrui' nella risoluzione dei problemi. Availability, competence and courtesy until installation. After the installation of a MCZ pellet insert in February 2019 we have continuous problems with alarms that block the operation.
