Siamo abituati a commesse scocciate che fanno di tutto per venderti qualcosa in modo quasi automatizzato ormai, invece è bello scoprire che c’è ancora qualcuno che fa il suo mestiere con passione e dedizione. In questo negozio ho trovato un ragazzo gentilissimo con cui sono subito entrata in sintonia (difficilmente mi succede visto il mio carattere diffidente). Sono rimasta soddisfatta non solo dall’assistenza che mi è stata fornita, ma soprattutto dall’empatia che oggi risulta essere una dote più unica che rara. Grazie ? I rarely leave reviews, but when I find professionalism and sensitivity I am always impressed. We are used to annoyed shop assistants who do everything to sell you something in an almost automated way now, but it is nice to discover that there is still someone who does their job with passion and dedication. In this shop I found a very kind guy with whom I immediately got in tune (it hardly happens to me given my suspicious character). I was satisfied not only by the assistance that was provided to me, but above all by the empathy that today turns out to be a more unique than rare gift. Thanks ?

Mi ha stupito perché era super preparato ma la cosa che mi ha convinto che da oggi lui sarà il mio faro in quel negozio è la sua passione per il suo lavoro che traspare con orgoglio Grazie e a presto ! Ho comprato un regalo del valore di quasi 70€, vado alla cassa, la non cortesia della commessa che tra l'altro ho scoperto che 3 la responsabile del negozio, 3 esagerata. Mi dice se voglio una busta, mi sembrava una domanda scontata visto che non posso portare un prodotto in confezione regalo senza busta, senza dirmi nulla trovo 15 centesimi in più nello scontrino, chiedo chiarimenti, mi dice il costo della busta..le dico che non succedono queste cose nei negozi più conosciuti di Roma come la Rinascente, invece di darmi spiegazioni mi dice che è strano che io compro le cose dalla Rinascente. Poteva dire benissimo che si tratta di una direttiva dell'azienda. Restituisco il regalo solo per la mancanza di educazione e professionalità della responsabile del negozio. Mai più! Un consiglio al gestore di questa catena, controllate i responsabili dei vostri negozi e soprattutto perché la gente preferisce andare alla Rinascente o ad altre profumerie! Oggi per recuperare tempo Ho chiamato per conoscere il costo di un profumo e Roberto mi ha risposto che non è possibile dare informazioni sui prezzi!!! Ma che razza di politica aziendale è mai questa?! Dovei farmi 15 Km solo per avere una informazione? se il prezzo non mi convince a telefono credete che cambi qualcosa dal vivo? Pessimi. Mi bastona quando non mi curo, mi ha consigliato ogni singolo prodotto acquistato, insegnandomi a truccarmi gli occhi in 5 minuti! Quando gli ho detto che aspettavo una bambina era commosso come se mi conoscesse da sempre! Grazie di tutto, ci vediamo presto! Ragazze sempre imbronciate e incapaci di relazionarsi al pubblico e offrire supporto al cliente. Mancanza di professionalità e di serietà. m	miriana curci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ho regalato un cofanetto lancome a mia madre per natale e oltre ad aver elo dato senza pellicola intorno sono dovuta tornare a cambiarlo perché lei lo ha già identico. La commessa però mi ha detto che il profumo era stato spruzzato cosa non vera visto che mia madre ha già lo stesso profumo. Questo significa che loro aprono i cofanetti e per far sentire il profumo ai clienti lo utizzano e poi rivendono, senza possibilità di cambiarlo 90 euro buttati per colpa della loro non professionalità.
