M	Marco Forti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza a dir poco negativa. Non posso che sconsigliare anche solo l'ingresso. Il titolare è la persona piu maleducata con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare. Mi sono recato da loro per un problema con una bici di qualche mese , quindi in garanzia, la prima cosa che mi sento dire è ci saranno dei costi per la gestione della garanzia, come spedizioni e manodopera. Non appena ho fatto notare loro che questi non sono i termini descritti nel contratto di garanzia sono stato insultato dal titolare e dai presenti meccanici. Una scena a dir poco raccapricciante. Oltretutto in periodo covid nessuno indossava la mascherina e dopo averglielo fatto notare visto che mi urlava in faccia . La sua risposta è stata che lui a casa sua fa quello che vuole. Come scritto nel titolo, STATE ALLA LARGA. Disonesti e meleducati è un complimento. Non meritano di lavorare persone così, il momento è a loro favore... Ma finirà. Ovviamente ho informato anche il noto marchio che rivendono di questa pratica scorretta da loro praticata. Experience to say the least negative. I can only advise against just the entrance. Moreover, during the Covid period, no one wore a mask and after having pointed it out to him as he was screaming in my face. His response was that he does what he wants in his house. As written in the title, STAY AWAY. Dishonest and polite is a compliment. People like that do not deserve to work, the moment is in their favor ... But it will end. Obviously I also informed the well-known brand that they resell about this incorrect practice they practice.

Forse a causa della fascia di clientela alta con cui avete a che fare, quando vi arriva il poretto con la ebike cinese da 1500 euro ma non vale niente...lo guardate dalla testa ai piedi che manco fosse uscito da un bidone. M	Maurizio Ferrante on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho ritirato la mia mtb Scott, arrivata più o meno nei tempi prestabiliti al momento dell'ordine nonostante le risapute e attuali difficoltà di approviggionamento , per questo acquisto ho cambiato brand dopo anni ed ero logicamente un pelo in ansia, ma Piero & co. mi hanno fatto sentire subito come se nel loro negozio fossi entrato da sempre, sono stato seguito ed informato su tutto, dall'ordine fino alla consegna, mi sono trovato benissimo, consiglio al 100%. Il titolare Piero e una gran persona,e stato di parola su quello che mi aveva detto e subito a messo all'opera il suo staff nella preparazione della bici. Negozio consigliatissimo anche per chi come me arriva da piu lontano (pordenone) Sicuramente ci ritorno... Grandissimi On Friday I bought a sl7 contracted by telephone ... p	pietro signoretti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza per ben 2 volte. La prima esperienza negativa è successa quando un mio conoscente si è rivolto al negozio per acquistare una bici da corsa. Entrambi abbiamo chiesto se fosse disponibile e se me la potevano tenere fino al pomeriggio. Ero apposta uscito prima da lavoro per andarla a vedere con il mio amico e sua figlia e mentre eravamo in strada (30 min per andare e 30 min per tornare) mi dicono che l’hanno venduta. La seconda volta ero interessato ad un altra bici da corsa , dopo essermi accordato su un prezzo con uno dei dipendenti del negozio, intenzionato a prenderla e dopo essermi organizzato nuovamente per andarla a prendere mi viene detto che è stata venduta. Il dipendente mi aveva detto una bugia dicendo che l’aveva venduta. Ero scettico dato che l’annuncio era ancora online, cosi con il telefono di un amica chiedo se fosse disponibile e il negozio mi ha risposto di si. Quindi in poche parole hanno cambiato idea sul prezzo dopo avermelo confermato. Poca professionalità, il personale non si cura del cliente. Non tornerò mai piu e non voglio piu avere a che fare con questo negozio. Bad experience twice. The first negative experience happened when an acquaintance of mine went to the shop to buy a racing bike. We both asked if it was available and if they could keep it for me until the afternoon. I had purposely left work earlier to go and see it with my friend and his daughter and while we were on the street (30 minutes to go and 30 minutes to return) they tell me that they sold it. The second time I was interested in another racing bike, after having agreed on a price with one of the employees of the shop, intending to take it and after having organized again to go and get it, I am told that it has been sold. The employee had told me a lie saying that he had sold it. I was skeptical since the ad was still online, so with a friend's phone I ask if it was available and the shop said yes. So in a nutshell they changed their mind about the price after confirming it for me. Lack of professionalism, the staff don't care about the customer. I will never go back and I don't want to have anything to do with this shop anymore.
