In officina poi mi hanno reso la mia "trasansalp datata" tagliandata e messa appunto come un orologio svizzero . Complimenti. A	AleCun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena entrati abbiamo subito capito che l'accoglienza ricevuta è stata alquanto indisponente... soprattutto la proprietaria sgarbata e incompetente in materia... negoziazione non andata a buon fine per 50 euro ... che dire... consiglio un bel corso di tecniche di vendita e di accoglienza livello base !! Fortunatamente.... esistono altri negozianti che vedono moto e scooter ! Riflettete ! As soon as we entered we immediately understood that the welcome received was somewhat irritating ... especially the rude and incompetent owner on the subject ... negotiation not successful for 50 euros ... what to say ... Esperienza da dimenticare, dicono un prezzo al telefono(230€) poi al pagamento mi viene detto tutt’altro prezzo(250€), se ne escono con “ va bene facciamo uno sconticino”. Nella fattura emessa da loro mi hanno aggiunto un filtro dell’olio in più, quindi il totale alla fine mi è costato (210€) diciamo con il magico sconticino per presa per il c#lo. Se sono da 30 anni nel settore dovrebbe essere semplice mettersi d’accordo tra loro per il prezzo da proporre al clientelrima che venga a riprendersi la moto, senza mettere in scena questo teatrino. Hanno fatto il controllo pressione pneumatici e non mi ritrovo il coprivalvola. Gli avevo chiesto prima di lasciare la moto, al meccanico se era compreso il gioco valvole per il tagliando dei 24000 e mi ha risposto :ma per questo tagliando non bisognava effettuarlo, gli dico : guardi che nel libretto di manutenzione è segnato da fare, allora mi viene detto: ah se è segnato allora lo faremo. Cliente insoddisfatto per il prossimo non andrò sicuramente da loro. Definitely not serious. Unsatisfied customer for the next one I will definitely not go to them.
