Prima avevo un taglio di capelli sempre corto poiché quando si allungavano erano molto crespi, "stopposi" e mi veniva consigliato di tagliarli. Poi stanca di ciò mi sono recata nel salone di Ida, la quale mi ha ascoltata, ha capito il mio problema e ha trovato la soluzione. Ora ho i capelli lunghi, sani, morbidi e dritti (grazie anche al trattamento alla cheratina che faccio sempre in questo salone). Grazie a Ida , alla sua competenza e professionalità. Per cominciare c’è da dire che Ida è una persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile a dare anche consigli su come trattare i capelli. Tutte le volte che sono andata da lei sono uscita sempre felice e molto soddisfatta perché mi bastava mostrarle la foto di come volevo i capelli e lei riusciva a farmeli uguali. Ad essere sincera sono davvero pochi i parrucchieri che ascoltano veramente i propri clienti, e Ida fa parte di questa piccola fetta. Inoltre si vede che la sua è una vera e propria passione e che ha voglia di portare in alto il suo salone.
