Mia moglie ed io abbiamo cercato la nostra casa per un anno e mezzo prima di trovala grazie ad Antonio e Simone.
Prima ne avevamo viste tante e, sopratutto, abbiamo conosciuto molti agenti e agenzie varie. Ogni volta che entravamo negli uffici avevamo la sensazione di avere a che fare con il gatto e la volpe, persone che non sembravano fare i nostri interessi.
Questo fino a quando non abbiamo conosciuto la squadra di Icona Casa materdei. Sin dal primo incontro all’appartamento con Simone (il primo incontro non si scorda mai) ci siamo sentiti seguiti da giovani professionisti preparati, disponibili e con la voglia di fare gli interessi di tutti gli attori coinvolti nella compravendita: venditore, acquirente, agenzia.
Hanno fatto bene il loro lavoro, con chiarezza, trasparenza ed il massimo dell’assistenza… e il nostro non è stato un acquisto semplice (procedura che prevedeva parere favorevole del giudice e tanta tanta burocrazia).
Grazie ancora ragazzi, vi meritate tutto il successo professionale che state desiderando e per il quale ci mettete testa e cuore ogni giorno.

My wife and I searched for our home for a year and a half before finding it thanks to Antonio and Simone.
Before we had seen many and, above all, we met many agents and various agencies. Every time we entered the offices we had the feeling that we were dealing with the cat and the fox, people who did not seem to be in our interests.
That was until we met the Icona Casa materdei team. From the first meeting at the apartment with Simone (the first meeting is never forgotten) we felt followed by young professionals who are prepared, available and with the desire to serve the interests of all the players involved in the sale: seller, buyer, agency.
They did their job well, with clarity, transparency and maximum assistance ... and ours was not an easy purchase (procedure that required a favorable opinion from the judge and a lot of bureaucracy).
