★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fissato un appuntamento per visionare una casa, non si presentano. Lì chiamo e mi dicono che a loro non risulta in agenda il mio appuntamento. Oltre a non presentarsi mi dicono anche che l'immobile è in trattativa (senza neanche avvisarmi in anticipo). L'unica cosa di cui sono stati molto bravi è quella di schedarmi nel loro database di Iconacasa. Poco professionali!
Set an appointment to view a house, they don't show up. There I call and they tell me that my appointment is not on the agenda. Besides not showing up they also tell me that the property is in negotiation (without even notifying me in advance). The only thing they have been very good at is to register us in their Iconacasa database. Unprofessional!
