★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata indirizzata a loro da un collega per un estremo tentativo di recupero dati da un HD danneggiato dopo essermi rivolta ad un importate rivenditore di Modena che aveva escluso categoricamente qualsiasi possibilità di poter recuperare le mie preziose foto e che ha cercato invece di vendermi un SSD e riconfigurare il computer da capo. Chi mi ha servito ha specificato chiaramente che i tecnici "ci avrebbero comunque provato" ma senza nessuna garanzia fornendomi tra l'altro anche il prezzo che mi sarebbe costato questo "tentativo". Dopo qualche giorno con mia grande sorpresa mi è stato comunicato che i miei dati e le preziose foto erano state recuperate e parcheggiate su un HD esterno !!!! Di più al momento del ritiro mi sono stati forniti preziosi suggerimenti perché non accadesse più ciò che mi è capitato e, ciliegina sulla torta ho speso molto meno di quanto mi avevano preventivato. Nessuno fa miracoli ma la correttezza che ho trovato presso questa azienda oggi è merce rara. Grazie mille.
I was referred to them by a colleague for an extreme attempt to recover data from a damaged HD after I contacted an important reseller in Modena who had categorically ruled out any possibility of being able to recover my precious photos and who instead tried to sell me an SSD and reconfigure the computer from scratch. Those who served me clearly specified that the technicians "would have tried anyway" but without any guarantee, also providing me with the price that this "attempt" would have cost me. After a few days to my surprise I was informed that my data and precious photos had been recovered and parked on an external HD !!!! At the time of the retreat, I was given valuable suggestions so that what happened to me did not happen again and, to top it off, I spent much less than what they had budgeted for. Nobody works miracles but the fairness I found at this company is now a rare commodity. Thanks a lot.
