★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to sit in a little lounge in front of the sea for 2. We saw in the lounge some bags but no one was there. We asked at the bar if this place have to be reserved. He told us normaly in the evening we can go sit there, when no one has his stuff on this place. We saw the people pick up their stuff and went to sit there. After 15
minutes they came back and told us that this is their place and they reserved it and payed also. The workers of the restaurant came to us and told us we should leave , because they sitted there before. They didn't even consume anything anymore!!!. It seems that the workers were in other thing interested from those people. The workers told us also that this place cannot be reserved at the evening. This is very rude. I really regret that i bought a drink there and will never ever come back.

It ook almont an hour to get drinks, the place was busy as you expect from a beach bar but it was not crazy busy or at full capacity.
The quite old waiter was ignoring us from the beginning and we have to call him 3 or 4 times. Once he finally arrived after about 30 mins of us being sitted waiting, he didn't even apologise and just proceed taking the orders.
Customer service is so bad that after 20 minutes if making the order, I walked to the bar to ask what was happening with the drinks and told them that we where waiting since forever and were actually thinking on leaving (just to clarify that I speak Italian and my message was clear as well as the message recieved from the person at the bar) and the answer was a shocking as the service.
"if you don't like your drinks, let me know now so I don't make them"
Really, this is how you treat your customers?
I though the idea of a bar is to maxinize the order and delivery of the drinks so clients can consume more.
Drinks finally arrived with the bill and a discount of €3.
Just to clarify, that this discount was given by another waiter as the old one that took the order was never to be seen again.
Overall experience, poor. Next time i will rather bring my own drinks and see the sunset from the view point above the iclub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you come here for an appetizer, you'll be disappointed. I haven't tried the restaurant yet though. I recommend you to come here only for the sight, which is a very good one at Calarossa in Sicily, near Palermo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled upon the iClub, really great if you want a view and where you can jump off the cliff into the ocean, they have a small pool but honestly the ocean is better. Get out your google translate as they don’t speak English but kudos to the LOVELY girl who was serving us and trying her absolute best.
