Spesso mancano carta igienica e sapone. La posizione almeno è buona. Ha bisogno di una svecchiata alle scrivanie cadenti e alle sedie che ormai hanno fatto il loro tempo. D'inverno fa sempre freddo e d'estate sempre caldo. Se vi piace lavorare con la giacca e avere i piedi gelati fa per voi. There is no kitchen, only a fridge, microwave and desk. The only running water is in the bathroom. At night a spirit off the slippers. At least the location is good. He needs an upgrade to the falling desks and chairs that have run their time. In winter it is always cold and in summer always hot. If you like working with a jacket and having frozen feet, this is for you.
A	Alberto Carniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente un luogo dove trovare persone talentuose in aziende innovative e offre una soluzione a costi contenuti rispetto ad un classico ufficio. Tuttavia, se compariamo la qualità degli spazi e delle attrezzature con gli altri co-working, non risulta una struttura a mio avviso competitiva. In particolare, gli spazi sono molto piccoli e le sale riunioni limitate. È facile disturbarsi a vicenda trattandosi di un unico open space. La cucina corrisponde solo ad un frigo di grandezza famiglia (quindi come quello che mediamente potremmo trovare a casa nostra), c'è un fornetto elettrico e a micronde. Gli ambienti sono sufficientemente puliti a parte il bagno. Il bagno l'ho trovato sempre sporco, manca sempre la carta per asciugarsi le mani e l'arredo è praticamente inesistente. Insomma, anni luce distanti da quello che potrebbe essere un WeWork ad esempio, con superfici sopra i 3k metri a più piani con cucina completa e buffet gratuito, zona con le cabine telefono per le call, terrazza mozzafiato con amache e zona ristoro...e molto altro ancora. Insomma, un sogno. Spero che arrivino presto anche in Italia queste tipologie di co-working complete, di design e con servizi complementari all'avanguardia. Comunque sia, il tag di Padova rimane una delle poche soluzioni per startup o freelance che vogliono vivere in un ambiente giovane e dinamico. Definitely a place to find talented people in innovative companies and offers a low cost solution compared to a classic office. However, if we compare the quality of the spaces and equipment with the other co-workings, it is not a competitive structure in my opinion. In particular, the spaces are very small and the meeting rooms are limited. It is easy to disturb each other as it is a single open space. The kitchen corresponds only to a family-sized fridge (therefore like the one we could find at home on average), there is an electric oven and a microwave. The rooms are sufficiently clean apart from the bathroom. I always found the bathroom dirty, there is always no paper to dry your hands and the furniture is practically non-existent. In short, light years away from what could be a WeWork for example, with surfaces above 3k meters on several floors with full kitchen and free buffet, area with telephone booths for calls, breathtaking terrace with hammocks and dining area ... and much more. In short, a dream. I hope that these types of complete co-working, design and avant-garde complementary services will arrive in Italy soon. Be that as it may, the Padua tag remains one of the few solutions for startups or freelancers who want to live in a young and dynamic environment.
